My son has tried to access the Virgin Media website during the past week, in order to use TV Anywhere. He receives the message "website down for maintenance". There is no maintenance scheduled by VM anywhere. What is going on? (He lives in Hackney)

How are things since you last posted? It would be more beneficial if we could speak directly with your son instead.
If that's not possible, get him to give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and we can support him that way too.
