Virgin Media Anytime App

Cannot sign in on my iphone - continually refuses to accept password which is accepted by my account on web - have reset password - no help - have deleted and reloaded app - does not help

Any suggestions to help with this lousy app?

Welcome to the Community Forum, I'm sorry that you are having problems with the TV Anywhere app on your iPhone.

I've been able to check this and can see an iPhone is now registered on the TV Anywhere server for you, but no devices are registered for the Sky apps. Are you still experiencing problems with this?

Please have a look at our Help pages to register your device for the Sky apps: Getting started with the Virgin TV Anywhere iPad, iPhone or iPod touch app
