I'm trying to get Sky Sports on a new laptop and tried to change my device. The Virgin Anywhere Account told me I had one change left this month, so I did that. Now Sky Sports is telling me that I have exceeded the number of devices - when I haven't.
I'm also having trouble with Sky Sports on Virgin Anywhere on my mobile.
There are two separate device registration sections on the TV Anywhere profile page. One is specifically for Sky Sports and Sky Cinema and works independently from the other non Sky one.
