Unknown TiVo appeared on app

A second TiVo has appeared on my app, I have no idea where it came from.

My main box is appearing correctly and my second box is switched off (Samsung V+ HD) because the whirring fan is annoying.

If I select the unknown device it says it isn't connected to the internet. It's listed on my iphone and partner's ipad too.

Me too - I have acquired a second, phantom TiVo.

Mine is 62B2. Interestingly, I am currently unable to connect via the app to my real TiVo with the following error message:

Error:stationSearch
Code:mindUnavailable

I have a 3rd box showing (only have 2) and its 8ECA...other two correct boxes start with a 2...when I click on it it says to be announced image.png

Thank you for your contributions so far, it's clear to see that this may be something we'll need to keep an eye on over the weekend to see if anymore decide to pop in and let us know this is happening to them.

 

I've not seen anything described as what you all are experiencing so I'll be back with you all on Monday.

Additional information:

The memory used indication is the same on both devices, whether this is because the app is unable to update this figure from the phantom I don't know.

I've plugged my second box back in to see if that changes anything but it doesn't appear to.

Yes, the My Shows usage figure is the same for me too.

I wonder if the phantom TiVo is the original 'name' of the real TiVo as I've given my real TiVo an identifiable name, TiVoECNew2 in my case.

My show usage is different for the boxes I have...1 is 17%, the other is 39%.  The phantom box says it's not connected to the Internet and shows used -----

i have never ever changed the names on either of my boxes...
