Unknown Error

Hi all, I keep getting a prompt with the message "An Unknown error occurred please retry" whenever I'm trying to watch skysports via the app (after signing in with my virgin media account) after being routed from the virgin tv anywhere app.

I get this same error on my android phone as well as tablet.

Kindly assist

Welcome to the Forum.

If you check the service status page https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status you will see that this is a known fault.  However, given the time of year, I doubt there will be a speedy resolution.
