I registered my device on Google Chrome and it's not letting me watch it on Chrome or any other web browsers, I just want to ask if I can get another device reset so I can use a better browser, that will let me watch it.
As you can see, help here takes time & agents often get things hopelessly wrong. It might be 3 days before you get another reply, if at all. You're best off phoning up for that device change. Good luck.
