Unable to use Virgin Anywhere

I registered my device on Google Chrome and it's not letting me watch it on Chrome or any other web browsers, I just want to ask if I can get another device reset so I can use a better browser, that will let me watch it.

I'm sorry that you've been having some issues on viewing TV Anywhere from chrome, this is quite unusual as you should be able to view this from all major browsers.

 

I would like to ask how many devices have you registered so far as there is a limit of how many. Take a look here for more help and information on TV Anywhere Smiley Happy

Once again VM agents guessing at a response & getting it wrong. This helps nobody.

As you can see, help here takes time & agents often get things hopelessly wrong. It might be 3 days before you get another reply, if at all. You're best off phoning up for that device change. Good luck.

Chrome is indeed one of the browsers which it does not operate on currently and is unsupported. I would recommend using the specifications below:-

Desktop and laptop computer minimum specifications

Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8 / 8.1

Internet Explorer 9 to 11
Firefox 3 or higher
Adobe Flash Player Flash 11.4 or higher

 

Windows 10

Microsoft EDGE
Firefox 3 or higher
Adobe Flash Player Flash 11.4 or higher

 

Apple

OS X 10.5 or higher
Firefox 3 or higher
Safari 5 or higher
Adobe Flash Player 11.4 or higher

Thanks for your post and apologies for Ben not getting it right first time. 

 

He's new to TV Anywhere and still learning the in's and out's.

 

I've added a device change for you to re-register the device using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
