Unable to stream via mobile network since moving to three

Hi,

Can anyone help me.

I've been using the TV Anywhere app fine for a while using EE as my network provider.

Recently I've switched to three and now I am unable to view any of the streaming channels when not connected to WIFI

Each time I try to watch a streaming channel when not connected to WIFI I get the following error.

"the channel is not available for streaming on this network type"

This is very frustrating as this was never a problem with my previous provider EE.

Seem's as if three is blocking something - which is strange as I have all you can eat data.

All works fine via WIFI just not when connecting via three's data service.

Does anyone no how I can fix this error "the channel is not available for streaming on this network type" when connected to three ?

Thanks

Re: Unable to stream via mobile network since moving to three

The error you are getting is correct.

Using the TV Anywhere app, you cannot stream channels via a mobile data connection, only via wifi. You can use the app to manage your TiVo while connected via 3G/4G.

I have no explanation for your suggested experience on EE.

Hi paulc1,

Thanks for your post.

It frustrating not being able to use your device but rest assured, we do take all feedback on board.

We don't have any news on if and when this feature will be available but I will update you if we hear anything.

Thanks,
