Unable to sign in to TV Anywhere on IPad or Iphone

Hello,

Have just joined VM and I am starting to get myself ready for installation, so have set up a "My Virgin Media Account" and downloaded TV Anywhere to my IPad & IPhone. However when I try to sign in to TV Anywhere I get "Invalid username or password. Make sure you use your full My Virgin Media Username, e.g., joe.bloggs@email.com". My question is, do you need to have your TIVO box installed before you can access TV Anywhere or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, you will be unable to use the TV Anywhere app until the TiVo is installed and you are a valid Virgin Media customer. In fact, it can take a day or so after installation until it becomes available.
