Using the TV Anywhere bit of the website I can see the TV guide and set programs on basic channels but not the paid Sky channels.
Just get the message is not part of my package and suggests I upgrade. Unbelievably annoying after you spend a couple of minutes finding the correct program and then get error code 110. I am on the Big Daddy package and still this nonsense, same thing happens with the Sports channels AND yes it happens all the time not intermittently.
We have the HD channels and watch them all the time and always have done.
I have the transcript of the online chat when we moved from the old VIP collection contract to Big Daddy contract and it was supposed to be included in the price. Whether your systems reflect that or not, we are receiving the channels on the 3 Tivo boxes.
