Unable to set recordings

Using the TV Anywhere bit of the website I can see the TV guide and set programs on basic channels but not the paid Sky channels.

 

Just get the message is not part of my package and suggests I upgrade. Unbelievably annoying after you spend a couple of minutes finding the correct program and then get error code 110. I am on the Big Daddy package and still this nonsense, same thing happens with the Sports channels AND yes it happens all the time not intermittently.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having this issue. 

 

I have re synced your package today for TV Anywhere to see if this helps. 

 

Can you try logging out of TV Anywhere and then logging back in and trying again for me.

Apologies that this still isn't working for you. 

 

I'm going to need to raise this up as a fault. 

 

The IT team will take a look and try and resolve this although it may take upto 10 days.

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. 

 

I think that could be where the issue lays. 

 

The Sky premium channels are only included in SD. If you wanted to add the HD channels, it would cost an extra £7 per month.

We have the HD channels and watch them all the time and always have done.

 
I have the transcript of the online chat when we moved from the old VIP collection contract to Big Daddy contract and it was supposed to be included in the price. Whether your systems reflect that or not, we are receiving the channels on the 3 Tivo boxes.

Are you watching the Sky premium channels in HD on the TiVo® or just the standard channels in HD?

 

If in HD then you must have the HD pack active so setting recordings via HD should also be fine.
