Unable to login to TV Anywhere from desktop

Hello,

 

I'm currently unable to login to my TV Anywhere account for the first time.  I'm receiving an 'Unknown error' when following the Sign in link from the navigation menu in the top right corner of the page.  

 

The error message details: 'Oops... Something went wrong, unknown error occurred.' 

 

This happens using both the latest versions of Firefox and IE on a Laptop and two other desktop PCs. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to hear that your unable to login into your TV Anywhere account.

 

If you can try to delete cookies/cache on the browsers you use to see if that works please. If I go through My Virgin Media > My Apps > TV Anywhere then click on the red link at the bottom this will direct you straight to TV Anywhere website and should sign you in automatically. If you go straight to the website directly (link) then it does ask for your credentials.

 

Try this and see how you get on
