Please try resetting your password on My Virgin Media and retry logging into the app. If you are unsure how to do this, please see our online Help & Support page: How to change your password. Please note that the password for your TV Anywhere login is the same as your email account (so if you change this, you will need to make the necessary changes for any apps or email clients used).
