Unable to log in to TV Anywhere

Hi i am unable to log in to tv anywhere. I rarely use it but my son does on his pc and lately it says 'only available to virgin tv customers'
i tried to log in on my pc and i get the same results and any further attempts to log in are automatic i cant re enter user n pass. i cant even log in to my profile or devices, i get same result Smiley Sad
I have cleared cookies etc and tried on multiple browsers with no success.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue logging in and using TV Anywhere. 

 

I've taken a look at your account, and it looks as though there is a problem with your account. 

 

I've tried to resolve this from my end but it's not allowing me. 

 

You'll need to give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for the team to raise this up. 

 

Once this is done, we should be able to get TV Anywhere working again.
