Unable to log in to TV Anywhere app

Hello.
Just upgraded handset to Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 and now can't log in to the TV Anywhere app. I've reloaded the app a few times and also changed password. Although I can log into the main website I keep getting log in error messages. It was working fine before the Android upgrade. Any suggestions please?

There is a known issue with TiVo at present that is also affecting TV Anywhere - you can track the issue and any updates at www.virginmedia.com/servicestatus

Yes, this “Invalid username or password” error on TV Anywhere sign-in also affects IOS 9.3.2 so we understand it is due to a current issue with TIVO which is being rectified.

All seems to be OK now. The engineer has obviously been successful in sorting out the service issues affecting the Tivo and, in turn, my TV Anywhere app. Many thanks for the helpful replies.

Hi there i've been trying to Log into TV ANYWHERE APP but i keep getting Error " we,re currently experiencing high levels of demand and are having difficulty connecting to your TiVo. Please try again in a few Minutes" i've been trying for past few days when is this going to get fixed.

Hi everyone, 

 

Thanks so much for your patience whilst we are looking in to this fault. 

 

Just to give you an update, the teams have been working on this and we hope to have a resolution soon. 

 

As a work around we are able to add a device change for you which will allow you to register the device however as soon as you log out, you will get the same error again. To get the change added, please give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and follow the options to speak to the Broadband Faults team. 

 

I know this isn't the best solution but it is only a work around until we can get things back to normal for you.
