Unable to agree terms of TV Anywhere app

Trying to sign in on Galaxy Pro 10.1 tablet (not rooted). Can enter username and password but unable to check terms as I can't see the box and unable to scroll down. Sign in box is visible but unable to proceed

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem with my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet.

Are you using the default font, or a different one (this can effect the way the page lays out)?
Have you tried putting the tablets into portrait mode instead of landscape?
Works for VM. Posts are my own opinion.

Thanks for the reply.

Not tried the default code. Will try that and report back. I have tried portrait and landscape. Tried everything else I can think of.

Anyone got any ideas I haven't thought of, please let me know

Hi both, 

 

Thanks for your posts and welcome to the Community. 

 

We had a few reports of this a few months ago and I found that resetting the device back to default factory settings resolved things. It does mean you will lose everything so anything you wish to save, be sure to back up. 

 

I can't guarantee this will work but it is the next thing to try.

 

Let me know how this goes and if it's resolved things.

Great reply. Changed the font to extra small and the box was viewable. Thanks mate.
