Unable to add device

I want to watch tv through my laptop but when I log in and click on a program nothing happens. I don't even get a pop up to add my device. I am new to Virgin.... Just installed 3 days ago. am I doing something wrong please?

I am sorry to read that you're unable to register your laptop on TV Anywhere.

 

On the laptop, what version of windows is installed?

What browser are you using?

When trying to stream a channel are you picking the ones that have a wireless symbol?
