Tvanywhere

Hi, is anyone else having problems with this again please? It was fine til yesterday after the recent outage, but now it has started to crash again, and continually reset itself. I'm using the same device as I always use, nothing has changed to my knowledge. Thanks

I am sorry to read about the recent issues on he TV Anywhere app, it's certainly something I'd like to help with.

 

I would like to ask if you can uninstall the app itself, re-install and add the device to see if there's been any change? Please let me know and I'll be here if you need anything.

Hi Ben... Thanks but it was a problem at Virgin itself - it has now been fixed. It was about 10 days ago , I think? Ref F004754132? Thanks anyway. ☺
