Re: Tv quality

I have a blank screen with no help or support from VM so any picture at all would be a bonus.

Re: Tv quality

Hi glevai,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're seeing poor quality on TV Anywhere.

Can you come back and let us know the following:

Are you using the Online or App version of TV Anywhere?

If online version:

What OS is your PC/Laptop running?

What browser are you using and which version is it?

What version of Flash Player are you using?

Do you get anything different if trying another browser?

What sort of issue are you getting?

If app version:

What is the make and model of your device?

What OS is the device running?

Have you used the app on this or any other devices previously?

What sort of issue are you getting?

Let me know so we can help further with this.

Re: Tv quality

Yeah it's something crappy like 360 or 480. Looks alright on a small screen but terrible on anything 11" & up. Same as it ever was.

I get Sky Sports though VM but stream from Sky directly on their platform The difference is like night & day.
