Hi, I'm trying to log on via the tv anywhere app on my iPhone. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I've also tried changing my virgin media password to make sure I was definitely using the right one. Any ideas? Really really want to use this feature and I'm gutted it's not working. Thanks
Thanks for the reply. The details are definitely correct as I've now been able to log in on a laptop. Any ideas why it might ny be working on the app? It doesn't work on my iPhone or iPad. Thanks, Kate
Thank you for your reply, as mentioned most of the time it's when it's not being entered as it should be. With it being confirmed it's correct and you've already cleared the cache and cookies, I'd recommend calling in on this one jsut so we can take a closer look there and then and if so, raise a work order to get resolved.
