Tv anywhere

Hi,

I had virgin installed on Wednesday, it's Sunday now and my tv anywhere app still won't let me log in with my username and password. Also, the sound buttons aren't working on my virgin remote.

Any help gratefully received,

Thank you for coming in and posting your message to us, I'm sorry that the TV Anywhere isn't letting you log in.

 

I would like to ask what device you're logging into and browser? As Chrome does not support the feature. The TV Anywhere may also need to be reinstalled but before doing so, cleared cache and cookies Smiley Happy

Hi, I'm trying to log on via the tv anywhere app on my iPhone. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I've also tried changing my virgin media password to make sure I was definitely using the right one. Any ideas? Really really want to use this feature and I'm gutted it's not working.

I'm really sorry to learn about this problem, most of the time the problem is the details that are being entered, which can't be confirmed via the Community for security reasons unfortunately.

 

However, if you're able to log into My Virgin Media on this or any other device, you should be able to log into TV Anywhere. Is the app telling you that the details are incorrect?

Hi Craig,

Thanks for the reply. The details are definitely correct as I've now been able to log in on a laptop. Any ideas why it might ny be working on the app? It doesn't work on my iPhone or iPad.

Thank you for your reply, as mentioned most of the time it's when it's not being entered as it should be. With it being confirmed it's correct and you've already cleared the cache and cookies, I'd recommend calling in on this one jsut so we can take a closer look there and then and if so, raise a work order to get resolved.
