Been using tv anywhere for ages with no problem however tonight I have been asked to register both the items I had already registered. Now I cannot use it as it says I have no changes left for the month.

There was an open fault over the weekend that was asking customer's to re-register devices but this was resolved Saturday.
I've gone in to the account today and added a device change for you to use. Use this to register your device and let me know if you have any further issues
