Hi my tv anywhere service keeps coming up with the message remote log in failure is there anyway to log out and in again

Are you using the app or website?
What browser are you using?
Is Flash Player and the browser up to date?
Try clearing the History, cache and cookies before trying again. Has this made any difference?
What make and model device are you using?
Try deleting the app and then re installing from the App store or Google Play store. Has this made any difference?
