Tv anywhere app on phone and iPad. When I try to create a series link I get a message box does not appear to be connected to internet. Bodyid:tsn:C6800002008FAF5 is not connected.
Tv is fine can do series link.
also no catch available been like this for a few days now.
Got similar here intermittently - along with my broadband going down periodically. TiVo has a built-in cable modem through which you get catch up TV, youtube, Netflix etc.
Service desk told me there is a generalised broadband fault in my area (CR5). Nothing shows up on status page.
Thanks for your posts and apologies to hear you're having an issue using the Remote Record feature for TV Anywhere.
In order for this to work, The TiVo® needs to be connected to the same home network that you are connected to via wifi on your device.
You will need to have the TiVo® connected to the hub as the inbuilt modem is classed as a different network.
Use an ethernet cable or power line adaptors to connect the TIVo® to your hub. Once done, reboot the TiVo® at the mains and re open the app. This should resolve things
