Tv anywhere on iPhone through virgin

Hi
I'm having the same issues as above. Any help appreciated.

Can you please describe your issue with as much detail as is pertinent?

Hi
I think because the sky sports and Sky movies app are not synced to the virgin tv anywhere, I can log in and watch virgin to anywhere but when I go to log in to sports and movies the device limit reached notification appears. I know it's the only device on there and I gave it a month to change over and still no success.

Thanks for your post and apologies for the time it''s taken for us to read your post. We're running a little behind on the boards and only now reaching your thread Smiley Sad 

 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue adding your device for use with the Sky apps. 

 

As you correctly mentioned, the TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 

 

You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. 

 

I have reset the Sky platform for you now so there are no devices and you have 1 change to use to add the new device. If you try streaming now, it should work.
