Tv anywhere communication problem

When I try use to anywhere I constantly get the message "Communication error. We're currently experiencing high levels of demand and are having difficulty connecting to your TiVo box." This happens at all times of day Advice please

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue streaming via TV Anywhere. 

 

In order to help we will need some further information. 

 

Are you using the Online or App version of TV Anywhere?

 

If online version:

What OS is your PC/Laptop running?

What browser are you using and which version is it?

What version of Flash Player are you using?

Do you get anything different if trying another browser?

 

If app version:

What is the make and model of your device?

What OS is the device running?

Have you used the app on this or any other devices previously?

 

Let me know so we can help further with this.

thanks for your reply. 

I am using iPad with OS version 10.0.02

initially it worked, but not in last few weeks

any thoughts?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that TV Anywhere isn't working on your iPad. 

Please make sure Cookies are enabled on your device. To check: go to Settings > Safari > Block Cookies and make sure it’s not set to Always.

 

If you are still having problems, please try removing your device and adding it back on. There is a device change available for this.

All working again. It may have been connected with a problem with the TiVo box that has also
