Tv anywhere app problem

Hi, when I go to planned recordings it says your planned recordings could not be found because your TiVo box 5d0f does not appear to be connected to the internet. Please fix your connection, or try again later. Could someone please help me with this?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read you are having an issue with viewing your planned recordings on the TV Anywhere app.

 

Have you got an Ethernet cable plugged from the Super Hub to the TiVo® box?

 

Do you have this same error message if you register this for TV Anywhere?
