I tv anywhere works perfectly at home on both my IPad and IPhone but have problems in some locations where the wifi is very strong. in each of these places I am able to stream uninterrupted on my SkyGo app. Sometimes the app won't open or it opens but the channel doesn't. I always get the 3328 error code in both of these situations. I see many posts on this problem but of them seem to back to a year or more and don't appear to get a solution
Are you still receiving this error since posting? If so, it may be worth uninstalling/reinstalling the application in the presence of your TV equipment. Worst case scenario, you could try unregistering/reregistering the device in question.
I have the same problem. What should I do? I've deleted the app, added it again. It never works. I can't stream to my iPad at all. It's bad enough that the app is only meant to work on wifi, so it really doesn't do anything at all, other than being a badly designed TV remote. Please help!
