When I try to log in on a apple device it either says the details are not recognised or the network cannot log me in because of the high demand from users, is it my devices or is it a network problem? its been going on for a week.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue using TV Anywhere on your device.
The only issue i'm currently aware of is a fault when trying to download the app from iTunes.
As you already have it on your device I can't see how this would affect you although it is strange this is happening for the same time as this fault.
Can you try periodically throughout the day today to see if there is any instance where you can log in.
