Thank you for your message, I am very sorry to read that the TV Anywhere app is stuck on loading. I have been able to test the TV services and they are testing well, which is good news. I did however find an SNR outage, Signal to Noise Ratio, that wouldnt directly affect your services but this wouldn't help your TiVo.
