Tv Anywhere App log on problem

I've recently moved house & set up my equipment & activated it & all is working fine.
Except my tv anywhere app - I type in my password & it says it doesn't recognise it. It lets me sign into website ok though.
I've been given a new account number? Is that causing a problem?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you on board with us Smiley Happy

 

When you move address, you get an all new account so therefore the account details you are currently entering, effectively don't have an active TiVo® subscription associated with them. 

 

We can transfer the details over from your old account to your new account though to save you having to remember new details. 

 

Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and ask to perform a Move and Transfer. They will take care of things and then within 24 hours, TV Anywhere should allow you to log in with your old details Smiley Happy
