I am having trouble using the Sky Sports App on a new Apple iPad WiFi 128GB.
I am able to view through my iPhone 6S.
When I utilise the Sky Sports App I get the error message "Device Limit Reached. You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices."
I have uninstalled the Sky Sports App and reinstalled it, but, this has made no difference.
I am using the most up to date OS for the device 11.0.2.
I can watch programmes through the Virgin TV App on the iPad, but of course that doesn't work for Sky Sports. BT Sports works through this App also.
Can you provide some assistance please?

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with Sky Sports.
I've resynchronised your subscriptions and added another device change. Could you try re-registering the device for me?
