Tried TV Anywhere app for the first time. It won't allow me to log on :(
Well,I thought I'd give the TV Anywhere app a try.
Installed it on my Android phone, attempted to log on using the email address and password that I use to log in to My Virgin Media (to review my bills, package etc.) but the app gives the "Invalid username or password." message.
I know they're correct, because I just logged on to My Virgin Media via web browser using the same credentials.

Sorry to read you're unable to sign into TV Anywhere.
On the app does it automatically remember the username and password? If so try typing it in manually as with auto-fill it can sometimes put a space at the end of the username thus giving error of invalid username/password.
Have you tried to un-install the app and re-install to see if that works
