Well it's champions league night and yet again the tv anywhere app is refusing to log me in and stream the football on bt sport, happens each time the champions league is on TV. Anyone any idea what is going on and why the "we are experiencing high levels of demand and are having difficulty connecting to your TiVo service" message appears each time football is on to. Really not good enough Virgin.
I'm really sorry to hear that you were not able to get online to watch the game.
This certainly does seem like a common problem and we are working to find the fault and resolve. I've asked the team investigating this for an update. Hopefully things will be resolved in time for the next game
