To anywhere devices

Hi,

We joined VM today. We have two v6 boxes. When we signed up we were told we could register two devices per box but from what I can make out you can only have two devices per account.

Can anyone confirm which is correct please?

thanks

Re: To anywhere devices

Many thanks for your query Sparky25,

As mentioned by Graham_A, you can utilise two devices per billing account for this service.

Let me know if I can help with anything more,

Nat_J

Re: To anywhere devices

Thanks. Its a shame we were mis sold this by the sales team along with signing us up to an over subscribed area 20 so our internet is 10% of what we are paying for every evening.

Not impressed with VM so far......

Re: To anywhere devices

Hi Sparky25,

Thanks for coming back to us on this and I can only apologise that you were given the wrong information at sign up or there was a mis-understanding.

I've passed feedback over to the team to ensure this doesn't happen again.

If you're having an issue with your Broadband Speed, pop a post on our Speed Board and one of the team will be in touch to help update you on this.

Thanks,
