Installed the virginmedia app on both ipad and android phone. When I open and log in I can see my recordings but cannot watch anything nor can I use my phone / ipad as remote. I keep getting the TIVO box is not connected.
I have tried resetting and checking all cables as suggested. Does anybody have any idea on why it won't connect, I'm baffled as the app shows which shows I have recorded. I really want to use the remote app to control the box.
Or does anybody know of an app that will enable remote control of channel switching/recording/volume etc
