Tivo Customer.

I am a Tivo customer but cannot download the TV Anywhere app to my I Pad.

Welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to hear that you are unable to download the TV Anywhere app to your iPad.

 

If you go to the App Store and search for Virgin TV Anywhere, then install, does it go through or do you get an error message? At what point does it fail or stop working?

When I try to install the App the I pad is asking for credit card details to confirm the installation. I understood the app was free. It doesn't let me skip past it.

Thanks for getting back in touch.

 

The app is free so it shouldn't ask you for any credit card details.

 

When I try this on my tablet through the App Store on times it asks for that information, however I do get an option of skip then it will continue to install.

Hi Johncop

 

When you get chance try this and see if it works.

 

Go into Settings > iTunes & App Stores > View Apple ID > Payment Information and select none.

 

If this works great, if not you will have to contact Apple directly to see if they can correct this for you.
