TiVo network connection

"Ti I box does not seem to be connected to the network" 

Hi, I keep,getting the above message when using TV Anywhere app on my devices. All cables are ok and I have rebooted the TiVo box/devices all to no avail. I have no problem when connecting devices to the Internet. Is there anything else I can try?
