Terms & conditions error

Trying to log into the app using my Samsung Galaxy Tab S but every time I enter my details a pop up appears stating that I need to accept the t&cs. Two buttons are on the pop up.  One says ok and the other says see terms.

 

If I click the ok button, it goes back to the login screen. 

If I click the see terms button, the app loads up t&cs page.

 

I can't do anything goes else. I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it but still same problem.

 

I have no issues logging in with my Samsung Note 3 phone. I reported it to the VM Twitter account but they couldn't help.

Can you please advise me on what model S tablet you have?

I have the Tab S 10.4"

Checking against our list, this device currently isn't on the list as enabled. We have the Tab S 8.4 and we have the S 10.5. 

 

This is most likely the reason you are having issues. 

 

You can request your device be added to the list by popping the Full Make and model down here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV-Anywhere/TV-Anywhere-Android-Device-Support-Requests/td-p/209...

Thanks for clearing that up for me Smiley Happy

 

OK, so the S 10.5 IS on the enabled list. 

 

We were having an issue with this device up until recently however not one of this kind. 

Can you please try deleting the app for me and re downloading again to make sure this is the latest version. 

 

Can you make sure the cookies are enabled on the device?

All I can think is that maybe there is a setting on the phone preventing the tick box from showing Smiley Frustrated

Kath, 

 

Cookies are enabled on this tablet and I have once again deleted and reinstalled app, I have cleared cache and still no joy.

 

Work are sending me away soon so I really need this to work. Can anyone else help?

I had already seen the video via your Twitter profile but thanks for posting here again. 

 

I have raised this as a fault with our IT Team under reference: P006240453

 
As the device is only on the enabled list and not supported i'm not holding out much hope however i'm hoping they can point us in the right direction. 
 
Once I have any further information I shall let you know.
