TVanywhere bt sport whitw bitmap x

Hello

I am attempting to watch my Virgin TV through my laptop, specifically the BT Sport show. When I hit "watch now" I see a white screen with a small bitmap image in the top left corner of the screen.

I'm pretty sure my device is registered...

thanks

Hi Kflex,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue viewing BT Sport via TV Anywhere. Do you get the same issue when trying other streamable channels on the same device?

What OS is your laptop running?

What Make and Model is it?

What browser are you using and is it up to date?

Finally make sure your Adobe Flash is up to date too.

Come back and let me know so I can help further.

Thanks,

 Hi Kath_F

It doesn't work on IE anymore. I just tried MS Edge and it says this device isn't registered. I'm pretty sure I have registered it. Everything works on my phone.

Do you get the same issue when trying other streamable channels on the same device? No -says device not registered

What OS is your laptop running? Win10

What Make and Model is it? lenovo

What browser are you using and is it up to date? IE or edge

Finally make sure your Adobe Flash is up to date too. Yes

Re: TVanywhere bt sport whitw bitmap x

Hi Kflex,

Thanks for getting back to us!

As you're using Windows 10, IE won't be supported. You need to use Edge or Firefox 3. Also, because you registered using a different browser, you've used up your device changes.

I've added another device change so you can remove your device then register on Edge.

Give it a go and let me know! Smiley Very Happy

Josh
