TV on the go

Hi there,

 

I am having issues logging into the TV on the go app, it says my username and password are incorrect but I am 100% sure they are correct.  I use the same details for logging in to MYVM to view my bills etc. Also I am able to log into the sky sports app with the same credentials.  I am using an up to date iOs iphone 4s - thinking this might need to go to I.T ?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue trying to log in to the TV Anywhere app.

 

As you are able to log in to the Sky Apps and My VM it's unlikely to be an issue with your ID. 

 

Have you got a TiVo® box? If not then this will be why you're unable to log in to the apps. 

 

Are you able to log in to anywhere.virginmedia.com?
