TV on the go connection problem

Hi

My Wife has been using the TV on the go app on her IPad for a while now without any problems, yesterday it came up with the message, "not connected to TiVo Box on Home Network" to use this feature you will need to connect your TiVo Box to the same Home Network as this Device.

I have reinstalled the App and rebooted the TiVo Box, any ideas on how we can resolve this problem please?

What was she trying to do when see got this message?

Trying to watch a channel? Which one, including channel number?

Trying to watch a recording?

Thanks for the reply, she can record\delete using the app but gets the message when trying to watch any recorded programmes.

You can't watch recordings from My Shows via the app.

You get the message because, if you have the TiVo connected to your home network, you can start  the recording playing on your TV, initiated by the app, rather than by the physical TiVo remote control.
