Children watching TV ok next door but yesterday error 1001; today box not responding - have reinstalled app - is there a general issue around?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue watching TV Anywhere. Since posting how have things been?
There was a fault open Thursday which could be why you were getting the message however things are resolved now.
