I have had Virgin for 2 days however I can not sign in to Tv anywhere on my Iphone 7 or my ipad, my phone is up to date and I have only just downloaded the app so that is up to date too.
I have registered to Virgin media account and can sign in fine.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are unable to log in to the app. It can sometimes take a few days after your installation for TV Anywhere to catch up and recognise the TiVo® on your account.
Since posting have you been able to sign in?

No I still cant sign in. Been with virgin 11 days now.

Really sorry that this still isn't working for you.
I've had a look and I can see that there are currently no registered devices for our TV Anywhere service under your account. There are, however, changes available for you to register these.
You'd need to log in using the details used for My Virgin Media (your primary email address, etc.).
There are currently no issues raised that would cause interference with you logging in at present.
