TV anywhere

Hi,

'I've just changed over from the old style V+ Box and now have the TiVo box, I was told if I downloaded the TV anywhere app on my iPad that I would be able to access Tv on the go, however when Ive attempted to download the Virgin tv anywhere app on the App Store, and tried to log in using the same email address  (user name) and password however I keep getting a message saying my email address or password is incorrect. 

 

Ive tried multiple times and even deleted the app and loaded again and it just won't accept my email and password, please advise ?

VM say it can take up to 24 hours to sync after install or TiVo swap. From other people's postings here, it can be more like 3-5 days.
