Sure it's relevant. The OP thinks they are being short-changed by not being able to stream BBC channels when we all know that it's a blessing really.

I wouldn't even be here if TV Anywhere actually did the few things that it was supposed to do. I have submitted over 130 reports on the buffering survey in the past 2 years. For what? It stills stalls, repeats & skips all the time, and falls over in its entirety every time BT Sport have a big game on. The bills keep going up months after "free" upgrades. It's not good enough!
