TV anywhere

Hi my tv anywhere app is all ways saying its to busy and try again when trying to sign in. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TV Anywhere app availability. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Are you still having the same problem?

 

If you are getting the busy/try again message constantly on TV Anywhere, then we certainly need to look into this for you. We are aware of this happening, for instance, when Premier League football games are televised and viewing demand is high.
