When the app is attempting to find the TiVo® box it usually means you are trying to use the remote control feature.
In order for your TiVo® box to be found the TiVo® needs to be connected to the hub via an ethernet cable or powerline adapters. This will then give you the ability to use your device as a remote instead of using the actual remote.
What are you trying to do?
If you are trying to stream, make sure you are selecting a channel with the streaming wifi icon to the left of the channel logo.
