Sorry to hear that you are unable to sign into TV Anywhere.
In order to use this app, you will need to sign in with your primary email address, have a TiVo® box and use an Ethernet cable directly from the TiVo® to the router to use the Remote Control function.
If you have all of these, make sure that the iPhone is registered by signing into your account, under My Profile select Device Settings and this will show the registered devices to use TV Anywhere.
