TV anywhere - registering an android device without flash

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia2 tablet and have TV Anywhere working no problem. The only issue is I would like to register this device to watch live TV. However chrome and firefox do not support flash and IE is not available for Android, so I can't view the webpage correctly to register the device. How can I get round this?

Cheers,

Stuart

Re: TV anywhere - registering an android device without flash

The device gets registered the first time you use it to stream a channel.

Please be aware that only those channels with a wifi symbol can be streamed.

Try channel 104.

Re: TV anywhere - registering an android device without flash

Many thanks for the reply - this has worked. Just to expand on this to make it clearer for anyone who has the same issue you don't need to register your device via the Anywhere website. Just open up the TV Anywhere app on your tablet and choose a channel as Ernie_C says that can be streamed (not all channels can be so it won't register if you choose one that can't be streamed). Your device is then registered.

Virgin really should provide adequate and clearer instructions.
