TV Anywhere has previously worked on this laptop.
I select a channel on guide, eg SkySports 1. A white screen with the SS1 logo at top left appears, with a play botton in middle. I hit play, but nothing further happens apart from play button disappearing.
I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV Anywhere service, you can check your current registered devices by logging into My Virgin Media.
Are you trying this on the same browser as the last time it worked? Are you getting the same result when trying to view other channels too?
