App keeps saying details incorrect, definitely are. Reset password and tried again with no luck. Using iPhone 6 and latest iOS version. Been through online chat and they don't know what's wrong, said check with Apple Store but can't see it being an issue their side. No idea what to do.... Not an issue with other devices registered. Signed up to Virgin a week ago so should be working.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're getting an error message when trying to sign in to TV Anywhere.
Do you have an active TiVo® subscription? If not, you will need one in order to use the app.
If you have got one, have you made any changes to it in the last 24 hours? If so then it can take 24 hours for TV Anywhere to sync with the updates. During this time the Username Error message may appear.
Are you able to login to the website version of TV Anywhere on a PC / Laptop? anywhere.virginmedia.com If not then try resetting the password within My Virgin Media and trying again.
Make sure you are typing the username and password into the app and not relying on Autofill as sometimes they can add an extra space or auto capitalise the first letter. Both of these would produce this error.

Thanks for the reply but I have TiVo and tried everything suggested. I can use the TV anywhere site on my laptop fine with no issues. I changed details with no luck, reset all the box and reinstalled the app. Nothing changed in last 24 hours and been trying every day with same results. Went over all this via live chat couple of days ago and they can't figure out what's wrong either so trying here as it's pretty disappointing early experience so far....
