TV anywhere iPad app still not working

Received a new V6 box and Hub 3. Everything worked great for 48 hours, then there were 'technical issues' in our area. Supposedly, these are now resolved, but not as far as the TV Anywhere app is concerned. I have rebooted and reinstalled everything, but according to the app, my V6 box is 'not connected to the internet', which it clearly is. What is going on??
